Serena has been a makeup artist for 13 years and a hairstylist for 10. She trained at the Greasepaint School of Hair and Makeup in London (now the Iver Academy). Serena enjoys keeping her skills up to date by taking new courses whenever possible.

She believes that the key to achieving your perfect look is communication and honesty, so don’t be shy about asking for what you want! Serena says, “It’s your day and your face—you know yourself best, and I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself.”

Whether you’re looking for glamorous or natural makeup, loose and flowing hair, or a style pinned to perfection, Serena is here to help you look as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside.

Her work is her passion—she takes it seriously but knows how to crack a joke to break the ice. A happy and positive person, Serena can maintain a calm atmosphere on a busy wedding morning.

During the week, she can often be found on film and TV sets or studying skincare when she isn’t booked for weddings. This gives her a unique ability to create a wide range of looks, from period styles to very natural makeup, while understanding the importance of longevity. If you want to go for a more adventurous style, she’s here for it! Serena also has a love for medieval and Viking-inspired styles.

Serena is committed to cruelty-free beauty. Although her kit is not yet fully cruelty-free for environmental reasons, she is phasing out the remaining products and will soon have a completely cruelty-free kit.
